We welcome the opportunity to collaborate with experimental scientists and provide them with customized analyses of their data. Our expertise in computational techniques and genomic research allows us to approach the data from a different angle and complement the work already being done.

Some of our previous work includes designing expression microarrays based on draft gene models; custom DNA searches for upstream regulatory regions; preliminary KEGG pathway analysis for draft genomes; and prediction of protein functional data for fragmented, poorly assembled, highly polymorphic genomes.
