The Scripps Genome Center can provide the tools you need to convert your data into format suitable for publication. We have scripts available to convert manual annotation data, such as start and stop sites and gene functions, into GenBank submission format. We also have scripts to convert the annotation from scaffold based to contig-based, as required by GenBank.

Other services include exporting data from the manual annotation systems into a format more useful to researchers, filtering data and performing custom analysis.
